NCC 12.0.3 Upgrade - SMS UI Not Working (Doc ID 2822470.1)

Symptoms

SMS UI fails to start due to different certificate that was used for jar signing, after the upgrade from 12.0.2 to 12.0.3 Network Charging and Control version (NCC).

The following error message is printed:
