Created New Expedited Report Rule for a New Country (WORLD) using the [Add Country] button.


Came back later to create new Rule for this Country.

Looking at the left pane, the newly added Country (WORLD) is not displayed.


Using the [Add Country] button does not allow user to create the new country again.

Why can't this new Country (WORLD) be seen in the left pane?
