Planning Data Pull is seeing the following message in the log file:

17-NOV 18:23:44 : Refresh Snapshot process started.
17-NOV 18:23:44 : Application id: 724
17-NOV 18:23:44 : Refresh Snapshot process( Request_ID=1073704329) is submitted.
17-NOV 18:23:45 : exiting purge staging table
17-NOV 18:33:58 : Refresh
 Snapshot process could not get started after waiting for 10 minutes because of Concurrent Manager Unavailability.
