Goal

While CFS is being unassigned and assigned under Subscriber Account, the Subscriber Account has no Diff="Change" in OOTB logs.
This affects modification scenarios where we don't unassign and assign the whole RFS. The result of not having this Diff is for some Technical Actions not to be generated because the matcher doesn't find the difference.
