Symptoms

On : 6.0.1 version

When attempting to create an user on Service Management Server (SMS) graphical user interface (GUI), the following error occurs:



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the user details in the user tab.
2. Add the permission in the template tab.
3. Click Save.
4. Integrity constraint error is thrown and user is not created.
