Goal

When transforming the reusable Pricing Design Center (PDC) chargeSelectorSpec/discountFilter, Batch Rating Engine (BRE) Transformation creates discountMaster for each priceModel used in a discountModel. There are a lot of duplicated discountMaster in the BRE system. This is causing data loading and rating performance issue in the BRE pipeline.
