We are facing some batch job stuck issue via OUAF scheduler through Batch schedule screen. The issue is occurring intermittently.

Initially it occurred at C1-TXNCU job, now its occurring for a few other jobs too. For example, if we run a TFM job,  it is stuck at C1-TXNCU. When we cancel the scheduler and rerun the cycle again, the job becomes stuck at C1-TXNIP and it goes on for every cancel and run. Sometimes it succeeds, but most of the time, it gets stuck on any one job. Below is the behavior we captured during cycle.
