Error 'Primavera is not working' When Attempting to Modify the Header or Footer in Page Setup Print Preview (Doc ID 2823440.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify the Header or Footer in the Page Setup > Print Preview screen, the following error occurs.

Primavera is not working


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Professional, open a project.
  2. Select Page Setup > Headers > Modify.
  3. A pop-up window displays with the reported error.
