On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW 2.5.2), the installed version for successfully installed transformation is empty.

Symptoms

The issue could be reproduced by performing the following steps:

 

 Observed Result:  When checking the transformation in Study Configuration: "Install Status"  will be "Success", "Installed Version" will not be populated and Transformation remains in "Checked Out" State.
