Symptoms
V_CREATED_BY is getting a null instead of the analyst name who is recommending as good guy in Transaction filtering.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Step 1: Go to Alert summary
Step 2: Assign one Alert
Step 3: Go to match summary
Step 4: Click button "recommend skip"
Step 5: Check table fcc_whitelist. Record has been saved. But the created_by field has no value.(null)
Expected Behavior : created_by field to have the user id name
Actual Behavior : created_by field has no value.(null)
