Team Member "Save" and "Cancel" Buttons Do Not Disappear After Selection (Doc ID 2823517.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logging into Team Member and going to My Activities > Assign Activities all users, regardless of browser used, see a pending Update and the Cancel/Save buttons. When updates are made and the Save button is clicked, the changes are saved, however the Cancel/Save buttons do not go away.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the Cancel or Save button has been selected it should disappear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Team Member
  2. Go to My Activities > Assign Activities
  3. Notice Pending Update and Cancel/Save buttons
  4. Update an activity
  5. Click Save
  6. Notice Update still pending and Cancel/Save buttons still appear
