On DIH 8.1 Version

ARE download OOB batch <INFODOM>_AH_GL_SR_EXTRACT_DOWNLOAD failed with the below error:

 java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null
 at com.ofss.fsgbu.dihservices.fah.ucmClient.UCMFileDownloadClient.main(UCMFileDownloadClient.java:44) [dih-fah-services.jar:8.1.0.0.0_10375210451974]
 Caused by: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException: oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.http.HttpProtocolException: OAM authentication failed
 at oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.http.auth.OAM11GWebgateAuthHandler.handleLogin(OAM11GWebgateAuthHandler.java:410) ~[oracle.ucm.fa_client_11.1.1.jar:?]
