After installing Oracle® Healthcare Translational Research (OHTR) 4.1 using Installation Guide Release 4.1 F47959-01 October 2021, when attempting to log in to Next Gen per Note 2823895.1 the following error occur.

Steps To Replicate

1. Complete OHTR 4.1 installation.

2. Attempted to login Next Gen via http://<Host>.<Domain>:<Port#>/ohtr-nextgen/LoginScreen.html
