Symptoms

User noticed the Customer Tracking Attribute update REST API service call deletes the previous records and inserts a new records. It should either update the existing record with the new value or avoid the hard delete by marking the old record with Enabled = N.

Hard deletion of the records is causing issues on the data replication with unique constrain errors.
