Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.0 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Verification Screen has all zeros for the Allocations field. After processing a Verify on a transaction in V11, all of the Allocations data within the Fund Allocation section are displaying as 0%.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Correct percentages should show.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a policy
2. Create a Loan activity and click Verfiy
