Unable to Stop Agile File Manager Windows Service From Services With the Error "Error 1053: The Service Didn't Respond to Start or Control Request in a Timely Fashion" (Doc ID 2823939.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to stop the Agile File Manager windows service the following error occurs in the GUI.

ERROR

Error 1053: The service didn't respond to start or control request in a timely fashion.


STEPS

  1. Upgrade the Agile application from 9.3.4 to 9.3.6.18
  2. Restart the Agile File Manager services "AgileFM" from the windows services

Changes

Upgraded the Agile application from 9.3.4 to 9.3.6.18 version
