When Manually Opening a SCADA Device, Seeing the Annotation "OPEN STATUS M" Instead of Just "M"

Symptoms
Upgrading from NMS release 2.3.0.2 to 2.5.0.1, the following was noticed:
SCADA open status from 2.3 to 2.5 has changed from a "M" to a "OPEN STATUS M" indicator in the viewer. This is adding undesired clutter, and it can not be configured.
Expect that 1. should be showing only a "M" 2. the indicator should be configurable.

Upgrade from NMS 2.3.0.2x to NMS 2.5.0.1
