OFSAA Datamodel Upload Process Stuck At "Triggering Object Registration Process" Stage (Doc ID 2824071.1)

While triggering the OFSAA Data model upload the process is stuck at the "Triggering Object Registration Process" stage.

and we can see the below error in the model upload console.
