Goal

In the production, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) is not able to send Spending-Limit-Request (SNR) to Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) due to Java Message Service (JMS) queue is full, SNR is critical and if there is no SNR, no customer would get allowed in network after recharge. Refer the following logs messages.
