Advance Search of Changes That I'm Observer of Search Criteria Returns Incorrect Results (Doc ID 2824333.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After the user is removed as observer still the search result is showing that this user is Observer in the workflow status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
After the user is removed as observer, the search result should not show that this user is Observer in the workflow status.
Search should list correct ECO results

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile Web Client using url http://localhost:port/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Open the Agile Web Client
3. Do Advance Search
Search Criteria
Changes Object Search
Attribute Operator Value
Observer Contains Username
Observer Action Does Not Contain Approved
Status In $STATUSTYPE.REVIEW

Search results is not listing correct results.
Listing user who is not there on that ECO Workflow status neither as Approve/Observer but Search is listing that user.

Note: this user is added previously as observer and removed as shown in the history, the concern is
