On : 7.5.0.21.0 version, Subscription Management in non porduction env
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When cancel the product its not creating the negative/refund cycle forward charge event
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Negative/refund cycle_forward should have created during cancellation of product
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) pvt Dec 30 2021. Purchased product/deal on Dec 30 2021 via opcode op_subscription_purchase_deal
2) Product end Date is 30 JUL 2022.
3) Move the pvt 30th Jan 2022, Cancelled the product.
4) Negative/refund cycle forward event is not generated.
Note: This issue is not occurring if the product is purchased on 1-28 of the month.
This issue is not occurring in PS18. This issue is occurring once the PS is upgraded to PS21
