Recently installed CS 8.0.8.2.1 patch, also known as 'Zipper'

Expectation:

Able to use “SLA Time“ as attribute to sort alerts in a TF Queue.

Actual:

Unable to use “SLA Time“ as attribute to sort alerts in a TF Queue.
