Asset Location Fields Disappearing When Country Is selected (Doc ID 2824663.1)

Goal

The Number1, Number2, House Type, In City Limit fields appear in the initial Add window. Once the Country is selected, either Canada or the US, they disappear. Nor do they appear in Edit mode.
