Symptoms
In a Prepayment Rule, when you edit the definitions for certain products, the historical information is blank. Origination Date ranges and Percent values are not loaded to the screen. There is nothing displayed under the Calculation Method.
Checking the alm.log from the web server's OFSAA log directory, the following error exists:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
In the past, you have uploaded Prepayment rates directly into FSI_M_PPMT_CALC_PARAMS from Excel.
You do not know what cause the screen to fail.
