Goal
On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Rating business logic
In rare scenario in production, at the time of mid-session, the Credit Control Request-Update (CCR-U) is not granting back GSU.
Though the mid-session commit is happening, the reservation is not happening and it is not granting back Grant Service Units (GSU).
If the GSU is not sent then Evolved Packet Gateway (EPG) terminates the session and starts new session.
Such scenario is happening daily but it works most of the time, but almost 4000 sessions in a day is impacted.
