Clarification required whether user can configure which PMF Workflow to be triggered for each CS Alert type.
1. In CS 220.127.116.11.11, have the concept of ECM Case Type (CS_SAN, CS_RT_SAN, CS_PEP, CS_RT_PEP, CS_EDD, CS_RT_EDD)
2. Able to configure which PMF Workflow would be triggered for each Case Type from the 'Case Designer' screen as shown in the attachment (Functionality existing in CS 18.104.22.168.11)
CS 22.214.171.124.0 has similar concept 'CS Alert Type', which has the same possible values: CS_SAN, CS_RT_SAN, CS_PEP, CS_RT_PEP, CS_EDD, CS_RT_EDD.
Is that possible to configure which PMF Workflow to be triggered for each CS Alert Type to have a different workflow for CS_SAN and for CS_PEP?
