Symptoms

Unable to delete item with BOM with below error:



ERROR

This Item cannot be deleted because it has bom components.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and search for preliminary item with BOM item
2. Open the item, and do Action > Delete
3. Gets error in Web Client UI

 Upgraded from Agile 9.2.x to 9.3.x
