Symptoms
Cannot edit pricing when that pricing is referred by a pending Bill.
Steps to reproduce this issue:
- Create a new pricing or override the existing pricing from 01-Sep-2021.
- Create a pending bill by aggregating transactions using TFM process.
- Navigate to pricing and edit the pricing rate value.
Expectation is user should be able to edit the pricing as there is no frozen bill segments involved.
