Review Tab displays incorrect records (Doc ID 2825133.1)

Data that had no updates are displayed when filtering with "Updated Since Date". In this scenario, the Orange mark only showing in comments column.

Expected results : The records which are updated after the filtered date ('Updated Since Date'), only those records should be displayed.
