Export is Incomplete Due To Error When Trying To Export Obligation Data (Doc ID 2825240.1)

When trying to export the Obligation Search results, the export fails with below message:

 Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Search for an obligation with Estimated departure date is populated on Manage Obligations screen.
  2. Go to Actions ->Export To Excel.
