User unable to create new queue after installing the patch 80821 zipper.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Upgrade the sanctions patch level to 80821 Zipper project

Step 2 : Create TF queue when large number of message types are selected

Step 3 : Check sort criteria is getting added

Expected result :

Queue creation with a large number of Message Types should be working

Actual result :

Queue creation with a large number of Message Types is not working
