In RMS Replenishment Floating Point Method Max Stock Calculation Does Not Compute The Correct Review Time (Doc ID 2825585.1)

The Floating Point Max Stock calculation does not compute the correct review time, if an item/warehouse is setup to review more than once per week with more than 1 day gap between the review days, the review time is always being calculated as 1 instead of the # of days until the next review. 


Steps to Recreate:
1. Setup item/warehouse on Floating Point replenishment where it is reviewed twice per week.
2. Ensure there is at least 15 months of Issues History on ITEM_LOC_HIST for the item/warehouse.
3. Run the replenishment batches. 
4. Validate the max stock is calculated based on the actual review time and not set to 1.
