Limitation of UIN Label drop-down in Item location screen

Steps to replicate:

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Have more than 25 entries in CODE_DETAIL with CODE_TYPE = 'ULBL'.
  2. Add location, select UIN Type as Serial Number.
  3. Open Label Drop Down list.
  4. Notice that the drop-down shows only the first 25 entries.
