Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Non English (e.g. Chinese) characters become garbled in P6 Professional, for example, in the Activity Name field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Non English characters are displayed correctly in P6 Professional.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Professional and open a project.
2. Garbled characters (e.g. boxes, question marks) are displayed on the Activity Name fields.
