softlibrary setup failing with unsupported methods exceptions

We've started testing the softlibrary feature in IBSS as well as in IBFA and our development has produced its first jar file which, at this time, was placed in websphere global lib directory as suggested and documented in your official documentation.

We also notice that the ping page is very slow to load. In all of our setups, we keep getting exceptions about unsupported scheme or protocol to "the server did not provide a meaningful reply"
I'm sharing in this SR the screenshots in a pdf document along with tailored logs for each steps. I'm also sharing the first jar file provided by our dev team and all of the environment logs from websphere.

IBFA uses HF19
IBSS uses HF14
