Symptoms

When attempting to install P6 Professional,
the following error occurs.

The operation you requested failed with status code -2147024894.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the 'P6ProfessionalSetup.exe'.
2. The install fails wit the aforementioned error.
