Dashboard changes that require user approval is taking more time to load and sometime shows incorrect result (Doc ID 2826307.1)

Actual Behavior

In user Dashboard 'Changes the require my approval' take a long time to load and is showing Changes that are already approved.

Expected Behavior

The user should be able to get change that require their approval.

Steps

This issue can be reproduced at with the following steps:

1.  Log in to Agile web client as administrator and create a user - userA.

2. Create about 460 User Groups with user A by import function, example, from UG001 to UG460.

3. Create several change order objects, change workflow status to CCB and add user group as approver and select 'Only one group member must approve' option. In this case, UG373 is selected as approver for one of the change order object.

4. Log in to Agile web client as user A, create a global advanced search with following criteria: 

   (Workflow.Workflow Status Equal To $CURRENTSTATUS and

   Workflow.Approver Contains $USER) and

   Workflow.Approver Action Equal To Awaiting Approval

Result: All the change order objects created in step3 is not displaying same result in search result.
