MSCOSCWB - ATP Inquiry

SYMPTOMS
When using the MSCOSCWB (ATP Inquiry) form and pressing the Global Availability button, the form errors with "No Sources are available. Please check that sourcing rules and defined and
assigned properly in the assignment set. An organization level assignment should contain
the correct customer and site."
