Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, connecting to a SQLite database stored in a Microsoft OneDrive location, the following error is received:

ERROR

Bad public user name or password, Unable to open database file.

ADDITIONAL

When attempting to re-configure the alias OR copy the .db file from the OneDrive location to the local machine, the following error is received:

The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt login to P6 Professional, connecting to a SQLite database stored in a Microsoft OneDrive location.
2. Observe the error "Bad public user name or password, Unable to open database file".
3. Attempt to configure a connection to the database using Database Configuration.
4. Observe the error "The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid".
