Improved MCP / Mobile Device Logging Patches For v2.3.0.x (Doc ID 2826360.1)

The following patches improve logging on the device that can be especially useful for troubleshooting issues with the mobile application.  More detail during the login/logoff processing and, in cases of an application crash are among the improvements.
