Where Used Reporting Not Accurate or Consistent, Showing Duplicated Rows (Doc ID 2826395.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Where used reporting not accurate or consistent. Report is showing wrong number of objects, and see duplicated rows reported

Expected Behavior

Where used reporting need to be accurate or consistent. Report should show correct number of objects 

Steps

  1. Log into Agile WebClient
  2. Run the search with one of the below methods 
    Method 1: Search for Component XXX and go to "Where Used" tab for Component XXX it shows 29 objects.
    Method 2: Run the advance Search with following criteria, it is showing only  26 objects.
                    Items => Parts => Object Search
                    Attribute => "Item Number" Operator => "Contains" Value => "XXX"

Changes

 Upgraded to Agile 9.3.6.1 from 9.3.2.
