Symptoms

Auto assignment of work queues for events not working

We have configured auto assignment of work queue for events for few trouble codes as per the attached text document guidance.
Here are the steps followed:
1. Inserted records into call_quality table. Example: Insert into EXPORT_TABLE (NUMB,SET_NAME,TC_GROUP_NAME,TC_CODE_NAME,CUST_PRIORITY,OPERATION,OP_GROUP) values (1001,'trouble_queue','Power','Dim Lights','EVL','ANY',0);
2. Restarted JMService
3. Submitted calls using web trouble call with above trouble code.
4. New event is created, but it's not assigned the EVL work queue automatically.

This was working prior to 2.4.0.1.13, 2.4.0.0.9, and 2.3.0.2.21.

Changes

Installed NMS v2.4.0.1.13, v2.4.0.0.9, or v2.3.0.2.21.
