ReSA Dashboard doesn't Finish Loading (Doc ID 2826635.1)

Symptoms

ReSA Dashboard doesn't finish loading the last 2 panels, namely Open Transaction Errors and Over/Short Summary and just displays the blue loading bar.


Steps to Reproduce :
1. Go to Reports > ReSA Dashboard
2. Wait for the screen to load
3. Notice how the last 2 panels don't stop loading
