Goal

We have a requirement to move individual device passwords for all routing devices to the IPSA 'Network' level to simplify admin.

Setting device passwords at the 'Network' level is the recommended method of administration.  The advantage is, you can have hundreds of devices in a single 'Network' and only need to change the password once instead of needing to edit the hundreds of individual devices.
