ERROR Com.splwg.oms.client.viewer.Viewer: Viewer.init: Viewer Panel Initialization Failed

Goal
NOTE: The following is ONLY if you are running with the option WEB_syncMaps set to 'true'.
Review the NMS Installation Guide section "Web Application Configuration" for more information.
You just ran a nms-setup of the NMS application.
After executing the command you were able to start services, however when you are trying to login to Web Workspace you are getting below error.
Upon investigating it had been found that if you keep the values as blank for "WEB_mapHttpdAllowedIPs" and restart of services you are able to login to Web Workspace and able to load maps as well.
This value is there in the environment from starting and you are not sure why it is not working all of sudden after running the above command.
