On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), 12.0.4.0.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DAP IF randomly core dumped while generating requests.

It appears to be related to how it is generating a timestamp internally. It is sometimes successful, but with an incomprehensible creation time:


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
dap_IF should not get core dumped

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On 12.0.4.0.0, make all slee process up and running
2. Check the dapIF.log to see if it core dumps randomly while processing requests.
