ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading database to 19c, the Weblogic Server where demantra application is deployed, is taking long time to start .
Bellow SQL was noticed to take long as per AWR report :

SELECT statement with SQL_ID
"4dxjgzk230w21".

c.column_name,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The SQL_ID "4dxjgzk230w21" should run fast on 19c and the weblogic and demantra application to start in less time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade database to 19c
2. Start up weblogic server
It is taking long time to start.

 



Changes

DB upgrade to 19c.
