REIM Document Search Discrepancy (Doc ID 2827526.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0.3 version, Document Maintenance


  You observe a difference in the number of documents returned when filtering by specific data


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1) In Document search screen, search for 'unresolved match' status invoices.
  2) Export the result in excel, filter by vendor 3001826, we find only two rows.
         The same result we are seeing in front screen as well, when we filter SEARCH RESULTS by passing vendor# 3001826.
         In both the cases we get only two rows. Excel is attached for reference along with front end screen shots.
  3) Now do the search again by passing both status and vendor#. The result brings 7 rows.
