Time Bucket (TB)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.1.1.1 after upgrading existing ALM instance, the ALM active time bucket does not keep the active check box within the time bucket definition. After checking and saving the active box in the Time Bucket, there are no errors.

If entering any defined time bucket definition after activating it, in View mode or Edit mode, the box is empty, like it is not the active definition in that moment.
