Reporting Category Is Getting Populated In PMDA Info Tab After Importing ICSR (Doc ID 2827609.1)

After importing the ICSR file, the value of reporting category (J2.1a) is always displayed in the case form > analysis > PMDA info tab.

However, as a business rule, let the user select the value of reporting category manually.

How to prevent the value from populating by ICSR import?
